Quotes and pricing

Prices shown on this website are our standard rates and are estimates until we see the job. Quotes given over the phone or from a photo are our best assessment from the information we have. We confirm the final price on site before we load anything, and if it differs from what we told you, you are free to decline at no charge.

Scheduling

We give a two-hour arrival window and we call you if we're running behind. Weather, traffic and the job before yours can move a window. There is no charge for rescheduling and no deposit is required to book.

What we will not haul

For legal and safety reasons we cannot accept:

• Hazardous chemicals, paint & solvents
• Asbestos & lead-containing materials
• Motor oil, fuel, antifreeze & propane tanks
• Medical & biohazard waste
• Ammunition, explosives & firearms
• Paint, wet or dried
• Tires

If any of the above is in the load, please set it aside. We'll tell you where it can go.

Your responsibility

Please make sure anything you want to keep is separated and clearly marked before we arrive, and check pockets, drawers and boxes for valuables and documents. Once an item is loaded we consider it released for disposal, donation or recycling, and we cannot retrieve it afterward.

Property and damage

We carry general liability and commercial auto insurance and can provide a certificate of insurance on request. We use floor protection and door padding as a matter of course. If we damage something, tell us right away and we will make it right. We aren't responsible for pre-existing damage or for wear that comes from removing an item that was installed or built in place.

Payment

Payment is due when the job is complete. We accept cash, credit and debit cards, Venmo and Zelle. Commercial accounts can request invoicing terms.
